到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：The Senior Control Engineer will be responsible for defining and developing machine control for new products, operating and maintain existing products for Intelligrated business, the products includes Conveyors, Sorter, ASRS etc.高级控制工程师将负责定义和开发新产品的机器控制，操作和维护 Intelligrated 业务的现有产品，产品包括输送机、分拣机、ASRS 等。•Leading the machine control system for new product development from concept, specification, design, simulation and verification to releasing to production for automated unit handling equipment in a PLC and Micro-Controller environments.•Act as System and Product Control lead in the assigned NPI or Localization project to drive all the Control and Electrical related deliverables.•Responsible for prototype (Control Hardware, Firmware, and Software) creation, review, audits, and test plan setup and results evaluation.•Responsible for schedule creation and ensuring those projects are completed within expectation.•Provide technical support to team design engineers and vendor.•Provide support to Project Management to supervise, plan, conduct and report progress of projects assigned.•Ensuring seamless transfers from design to mass production or contract manufacturer.•Ensuring seamless transfers of knowledge to Application, Project Implementation, Project Execution and Project Commissioning.•Identifying, maturing, and implementing new function, framework, architecture, or platform. •Drive technology and products innovation.•Maintain existing products and resolve customer related issues.•May potentially direct and coordinate project teams.• 领导新产品开发的机器控制系统，从概念、规范、设计、模拟和验证到在 PLC 和微控制器环境中自动单元处理设备的发布到生产。• 在指定的 NPI 或本地化项目中担任系统和产品控制负责人，以推动所有与控制和电气相关的可交付成果。• 负责原型（控制硬件、固件和软件）的创建、审查、审计以及测试计划设置和结果评估。• 负责制定时间表并确保这些项目按预期完成。• 为团队设计工程师和供应商提供技术支持。• 为项目管理提供支持，以监督、计划、实施和报告所分配项目的进度。• 确保从设计到批量生产或合同制造商的无缝转移。• 确保将知识无缝转移到应用、项目实施、项目执行和项目调试。• 识别、成熟和实施新功能、框架、架构或平台。• 推动技术和产品创新。• 维护现有产品并解决与客户相关的问题。• 可能指导和协调项目团队。任职要求：•Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.•A minimum of 5 years experiences in machine control and machine human interface, or aminimum of 3 years related experiences in control system for Automated warehouse equipment, or Automated Distribution Center, or Logistic Robotic.•Experience successfully developing at least 3projects through its full lifecycle•Familiar with NPI process and project management principles•Fluent skill in both written and oral English•Familiar with major brand PLC (AB, Siemens) in field bus environment.•Familiar with Microcontroller firmware development is a plus.•Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.•Willingness to get involved in hands-on work is a must.•Willingness to learn new technologies and be creative.• 电气工程或相关领域本科或以上学历。• 至少 5 年机器控制和机器人机界面经验，或至少 3 年自动化仓库设备、自动化配送中心或物流机器人控制系统相关经验。• 在整个生命周期中成功开发至少 3 个项目的经验• 熟悉 NPI 流程和项目管理原则• 流利的英语书面和口语能力• 熟悉现场总线环境中的主要品牌PLC（AB、西门子）。• 熟悉微控制器固件开发者优先。• 必须具备 Microsoft Excel 的高级知识。• 必须愿意参与实际工作。• 愿意学习新技术并具有创造力。
