到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsibilities:1. Work closely with cross functional teams to transform customer’s product requirements (VOC) into achievable product specifications and design features, documented properly as PRD(Product Requirement Document)2. Lead technical domain of single or multiple development projects from first idea to final products:3. Design reviews, tolerance analysis and DFMEA to ensure robust design with economic cost by following process and complied with compliance requirement such as UL, VDE and CQC, etc.4. Manages technical elements while to maintaining produce performance and schedule5. Lead cost reduction DTV (Design to Value projects) initiative for both new products and existing product lines6. Provide technical consultancy and advise Ｏn assigned products for internal and represent TE’s technical capabilities to external customers.7. Trains and supports more junior engineers and expansion engineers in the department and build technical influence to cross functions.Key Qualifications:1. B.S. degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required2. 7-10 years working experience in connector or Appliance industries or motor/Magnet wire area technology field such as design engineer, or field engineer or life cycle engineer.3. Trainer level competency in technical tools specific to the job function: e.g. CAD, CAE, ProE industrial or quality engineering tools.4. Trainer level knowledge of general engineering tools (LEAN or 6-sigma) such as DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.5. Deep technical knowledge of the product domain the engineer is working in.6. Understanding of competitive products and IP positions.7. Positive mindset to seek possibilities rather than limitation.8. Basic knowledge in molding, stamping, plating, assembly process9. Mindset of customer orientation result driven. Good business acumen.10. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English (oral and written) .
