到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Test EngineerResponsibilities:1.Define test method, test plan and test WI per specific requirement from customer.2.Perform necessary treatments Ｏn the test samples in order to get them in the condition to be tested. These treatments can be cutting, stripping, soldering, gluing, etc. Ensure the status or conditions of the test samples comply with the requirement of test.3.Involve in the new product design review regarding to the product DV and PV test methods, cost, machines and standards/specs.4.Guide and train the test technicians to complete the related product test5.Improve and optimize the operation capacity of the test machines.6.Initiate test report or conclusion7.Tracking test progress, optimize test equipment utilization.8.Support test manager/leader to develop test capability and competency.9.Outstanding knowledge about key customer or industrial test SPEC and requirement, e.g. VW, SGM, Renault, Continental, GWM, Chery, SAIC, UAES, BOSCH…10.Be familiar with Labview or LPC for software edit and application is preferred11.Leading the test failure analysis process with the 6sigma tools is preferredQualifications/Experience/Skills:1.Bachelor or above degree in Engineering – mechanical, automation, electrical engineering or related disciplines. 2.Understand and analyze the test related technical documents, minimum 5 years related experience. 3.Familiar with environment, vibration, mechanical and electrical test method.4.Proven strong practical ability and experience of the test sample preparation and test machine operation. Strong hands Ｏn skills e.g. measuring contact resistance, gluing thermal coupler, soldering wires5.Self motivated and accountable.6.Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills. Good time management skills.7.Good English in reading and writing.测试工程师职责:1.根据客户的具体要求，定义测试方法，测试计划和测试WI。2.对测试样品进行必要的处理，使其处于待测试状态。这些处理可以是切割，剥离，焊接，上胶等。确保检测样品的状态或条件符合检测要求。3.参与新产品的设计审核，包括产品DV和PV测试方法，成本，机器和标准/规格。4.指导和培训测试技术员完成相关产品的测试5.提高和优化试验机的操作能力。6.提交测试报告或结论7.跟踪测试进度，优化测试设备的使用。8.支持测试经理/领导开发测试能力和能力。9.熟悉关键客户或工业测试的标准和要求，如大众，上海通用，雷诺，大陆，长城汽车，奇瑞，上汽，UAES，博世…10.熟悉Labview或LPC软件编辑及应用者优先11.使用6sigma工具领导测试失败分析过程优先学历/经验/技能:1.本科或以上学历，机械、自动化、电气工程或相关专业。2.了解和分析测试相关技术文件，5年以上相关工作经验。3.熟悉环境、振动、机械和电气测试方法。4.具有较强的试样制备和试验机操作的实践能力和经验。有很强的动手能力，如测量接触电阻，粘接热耦合器，焊接电线5.自我激励和负责。6.良好的人际沟通和谈判技巧。良好的时间管理能力。7.良好的英语读写能力。
