到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：Job Summary: Manage supplier quality business to execute an E2E supplier quality management and material quality assurance responsibility for Mechanical category throughout whole life cycle. Support NPI and TTV with new part approval and maintain good quality performance to secure customer delivery with right product quality performance. The manager also maintains the communication and collaboration WOW between the NPI Sites, suppliers, PDU, sourcing, CE and EMS/ESS sites.Responsibility:Maintain and improve Supplier Quality Management and Material Quality Assurance process throughout whole life cycle, e.g. SQAP (Supplier quality assurance plan), SPQH (Supplier quality performance handling) during NPI and Volume production.Drive and secure supplier quality performance and KPI target fulfillment, continuously improve supplier quality performance to support NPI, TTV and customer delivery with right quality product.Develop whole department towards an efficient organization with highly competent and fully motivated employees; provide professional quality management for supplier quality control and material failure analysis.Develop effective and efficient collaboration WoW with key stakeholders, e.g. NPI sites, suppliers, PDU, sourcing, CE and EMS sites.任职要求：Qualifications: At least 5-8 years working experience in quality management, manufacturing within NPI and supply areas.Excellent knowledge of supplier quality management strategies, methodology and tools; Ericsson product and materials, manufacturing processes and project managementExcellent knowledge and experience of being people manager, good communication and presentation skills and leadership ability.Self-motivated and well-structured with strong analytical skills.Good knowledge of Six-Sigma and Mechanical Industry preferred.
