Position Requirements
1. 1–6 years of professional software development experience.
2. Strong learning ability and analytical skills, proactive mindset, and strong execution capability; demonstrates a high sense of ownership and effective teamwork.
3. Solid computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, storage systems, networking, data structures and algorithms, and a solid understanding of the HTTP protocol.
5. Proficient in Linux, including common commands and shell scripting, with a strong understanding of Linux system fundamentals.
6. Proficient in Redis, including common commands (e.g., GET, SET, LRANGE) and core data structures (String, List, Hash, Set, ZSet, etc.).
7. Proficient in MySQL/MariaDB, with experience in relational database design, index optimization, and transaction processing.
8. Strong commitment to code quality, including rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing practices, and experience writing unit tests and regression tests; adheres to team coding standards and best practices.
