Positions and responsibilities
1. Participate in the entire testing process of internet software products, including requirements analysis, design reviews, test plan development, design and execution of test cases. Evaluate the rationality and complexity of requirements based Ｏn product architecture and business needs to improve product quality.
2. Lead other test development engineers in project testing, including developing test plans, allocating test resources, building test environments, and executing integration and regression tests.
3. Improve the quality and efficiency of development and testing through technical means. Actively innovate processes, methods, and tools to continuously improve R&D efficiency.
4. Collaborate with overseas teams to research and implement international product technologies, promoting overall quality improvement and efficiency optimization.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in a computer science-related field, with at least three years of experience in testing and development for large-scale distributed projects.
2. Familiarity with basic software development and testing processes, including test strategies, test plans, and test case design.
3. Experience with web/app (client-side) testing, including proficiency in designing efficient test cases using Xmind.
4. Proficiency in the Postman interface testing tool.
5. Coding skills, including proficiency in at least Ｏne language, including Java, Python, and javascript.
6. Experience with UI/interface automation testing, including familiarity with common testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Appium, and the ability to write automation scripts.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, including proficiency in packet capture tools such as Fiddler and Charles.
8. Proficiency in database SQL and Linux system commands, sufficient for daily testing tasks.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear thinking, strong hands-on and logical analysis skills, and a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to learn independently.
10. Experience in payment or finance-related work. Priority will be given to applicants with internship or project experience at internet companies and good English communication skills.
