电子经理 Electronics Manager

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities 1、负责独立完成夹具/治具设计（主要为3C行业），可快速出DFM评审和修改，输出2D，3D，BOM表等相关工程资料； Independently responsible for fixture / tooling design (mainly for 3C industry), able to quickly provide DFM review and modification, and output 2D drawings, 3D models, BOM lists and other relevant engineering documents. 2、能独立与客户沟通项目中的问题点，能准确理解客户需求，并能及时有效解决； Able to independently communicate with customers Ｏn project issues, accurately understand customer needs, and solve problems timely and effectively. 3、跟进和处理项目在制过程中的异常，并保证按时交付； Follow up and handle abnormalities during project production, and ensure Ｏn-time delivery. 4、持续优化和改善方案，提升竞争力。 Continuously optimize and improve solutions to enhance competitiveness. 任职要求/Job Requirements 1、机械设计相关专业； Major in mechanical design or related fields. 2、熟悉零件的设计、加工工艺和表面处理； Familiar with part design, processing technology and surface treatment. 3、熟悉常用的金属和非金属材料特性和应用； Familiar with the characteristics and applications of common metallic and non-metallic materials. 4、对气缸、电磁阀、电机、探针等常用标准件选型熟悉，有一定的电路基础； Familiar with the selection of common standard components such as air cylinders, solenoid valves, motors and probes, with basic circuit knowledge. 5、熟练使用绘图软件； Proficient in using drawing software. 6、有3C相关夹治具相关设计经验优先。 Experience in 3C-related fixture / tooling design is preferred.
