About the role
The role focuses On analyzing and optimizing lean logistics and production logistics systems to reduce waste, improve material flow efficiency, and enhance inventory turnover. The position applies industrial engineering and lean methodologies to support production system optimization and continuous improvement, while closely collaborating with cross62functional teams to ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Analyze and optimize lean logistics and production logistics systems, including material flow, line-side logistics, WIP control, and delivery models, to reduce waste and improve inventory turnover.
负责精益物流及生产物流体系的分析与优化,包括物料流向、线边物流、在制品(WIP)及配送模式设计,持续降低物流浪费并提升周转效率。
61 Participate in and optimize production line layout and manufacturing system design based On lean logistics principles, ensuring alignment between material flow, workstation layout, and production takt.
结合精益物流需求,参与并优化产线布局(Layout)及生产系统规划,确保物流路径、工位布局与生产节拍相匹配。
61 Apply industrial engineering and lean methodologies (e.g., takt time analysis, line balancing, standard work) to drive systematic improvements in logistics efficiency and labor productivity.
运用工业工程与精益方法(如节拍分析、线平衡、标准作业),推动物流效率与人机效率的系统性改善。
61 Support the introduction of new production lines, equipment, and processes, providing professional assessment and validation from the perspectives of logistics feasibility, capacity matching, and operational efficiency.
支持新产线、新设备及新工艺导入,从物流可行性、产能匹配及运行效率角度提供专业评估与验证。
61 Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives with a focus On logistics efficiency and inventory optimization, working closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Equipment teams to ensure implementation.

61 Develop and maintain engineering and logistics-related documentation, including logistics flow diagrams, process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOP), and time studies, to support standardization and knowledge retention.
编制并维护与精益物流及工艺相关的工程文件,包括物流流程图、工艺流程图、标准作业指导书(SOP)及作业时间分析,推动方法标准化与经验沉淀。

Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other related engineering disciplines.

61 Solid experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or lean logistics, with the ability to independently handle complex logistics or efficiency improvement initiatives.

61 Familiar with production logistics, line layout, and common lean / IE tools (such as VSM, standard work, takt time analysis, and line balancing), with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities. 奥迪,
