高级线材设计工程师（Raw Cable）

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 1. 根据客户要求,规范和应用工程师的信息输入进行技术评审并做产品设计 Conduct cable design and technical evaluation based Ｏn customer specifications or requirements and Application Engineer design input. 2. 负责线缆产品整体设计, 输出并维护技术文件, 图纸、BOM、规格书、测试规范 Design overall cable structure, develop and maintain technical documents including drawings, BOM, specifications, and test plans. 3. 主导新线材开发流程的工程活动，成本评估，设计评审，样品制作，设计验证，量产导入 Lead engineering activities throughout the new cable development process, including cost evaluation, design review, sample build, design validation test, and mass production introduction. 4. 识别客户规格要求是否合理，是否能被生产, 并提出改善建议 Identify whether customer specification requirements are reasonable and manufacturable, and provide improvement recommendations. 5. 识别原材料,零部件和/中间材料标准化来降低制造成本的机会. 与供应商合作，评估新材料、技术能力及认证活动 Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs through the standardization of raw materials, components, and/or intermediate materials. Work with suppliers to evaluate new materials, technical capabilities, and qualification activities. 6. 获取行业新材料新技术并将其应用到新产品设计 Acquiring new industry materials and technologies and applying them to new product designs. 7. 执行工程变更（ECN/DCN）并确保系统发布与落地 Create and release ECN/DCN and ensure implementation. 8.支持生产异常分析与解决 Troubleshoot production issues such as electrical failure, insulation breakdown, or structural instability. 9. 识别项目风险并提出解决措施 Identify technical risks proactively and develop mitigation plans. 10. 完成上级安排的其他任务 Complete other tasks assigned by manager. 职位要求QUALIFICATIONS 1. 本科及以上的学历, 电线电缆, 机械工程或电子, 材料相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Cable, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or related fields. 2. 良好的英语口语能力，能独立进行英语交流者优先考虑。 Good English skills in both oral and writing. 3. 5年以上线缆设计或高速电线电缆相关经验 Minimum 5 years of cable design experience. Familiar with high-speed cable design concepts such as impedance control, shielding, attenuation, and crosstalk. 4. 熟悉导体,绝缘和护套材料的特性, 熟悉线材制造工艺 Familiar with conductor materials (Cu, Al, alloys) and insulation/jacket material, ex: PE, PP, FEP, TPU Familiar with extrusion and cable manufacturing processes. 5. 熟悉相关标准和产品规范，如UL, IEC, EIA, GB . 具有高速线缆产品经验者优先 Familiar with the relevant standards, such as UL, IEC, EIA,GB etc. Experience with high-speed cable products is preferred. 6. 必须熟练使用CAD工具创建机械模型及相关工程图纸 Must be proficient with CAD tools to create mechanical models and accompanying drawing. 7. 必须具备良好的团队合作精神和指导他人的能力，并拥有优秀的沟通技巧 Must be a good team player and mentor, with excellent communication skills. 8. 能够熟练并独立完成该职位相关的所有职责 Proficient and able to perform all responsibilities associated with the position.
