到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 职责描述：•Lead AI & Machine Learning end to end solution roll out, including data analytics, algorithm integration, cloud service and front-end development 负责人工智能与机器学习全链路的方案落地，包括大数据分析，算法集成，云端部署与前端应用。•Work as a product owner and product manager to design the scenario engine use case and coordinate with multiple teams to lead the prototype implementation 作为产品负责人以及项目经理来设计场景引擎的案例，协调多个团队来完成试验的落地 •Work with business, product owners, product designers and Tech stakeholders to create solutions from end to end perspective for connectivity products, project and features 与业务，产品负责人，产品设计师和技术团队合作，设计端到端的智能网联产品、项目和功能•Responsible for defining, assembling and integrating multiple components (for example hardware/cloud, software based Ｏn requirements, availability, scalability and reliability) 负责定义、整合各个不同智能网联的组件的方案设计，包括硬件、云、软件、可用性、可扩展性和可持续性•Explore new technologies in connected vehicle domain and prove out by leading prototype implementation 探索车联网领域的新兴技术，通过试验来验证技术可行性•Work with global team to understand global framework and technology, adopt the global platform to China or build China local corresponding solution 学习福特全球总部的框架和技术，在中国本土落地或制定中国专属的技术方案任职要求：Education QualificationBachelor degree or above (Prefer Electronic, Communicating, Computing Science)大学本科及以上, 电子、通信、计算机专业优先No. of Years of Experience3 years of experience3年以上工作经验Professional Exposure (Technical Skills)•Experience in AI, machine learning, data platform, scenario engine projects, has strong knowledge of the end to end delivery具备人工智能、机器学习、大数据、场景引擎的项目经验, 熟悉整个流程的实施与部署•Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams e.g. engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver products具备超强的跨部门协作的能力，如电子电器部门、大数据分析部、产品负责人、架构、安全等•Experience in project management methodology, familiar with AGILE, scrum master具备项目管理的经验，熟悉敏捷开发方法论•Hand Ｏn experience Ｏn Cloud platform, IVI and Mobile App, Connectivity background is preferred 具有云平台、车机、手机应用等软件开发的实际经验，智能网联背景优先。•Hand Ｏn experience Ｏn design pattern, SOA, middleware framework, data analysis 具有设计模式、SOA、中间件、数据分析的实际项目经验。•A good understanding of information security concerns and solution approaches (e.g. data privacy, authentication, authorization, data protection, confidentiality, integrity, availability, risk management) 充分了解信息安全问题和解决方案方法（例如，数据隐私，身份验证，授权，数据保护，机密性，完整性，可用性，风险管理）。Behavioral Skills•Teamwork mindset 团队合作意识•Drive for results 结果导向•Strong Problem solving 解决问题能力强•Communication skills 沟通技巧•Commitment to Quality 对质量的承诺和追求
