数据价值挖掘产品经理Data Value Mining Product Owner

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Job Responsibility:1. Collect connected data-related business requirements around OEM internal value围绕车辆/用户全周期，收集与智能网联相关、且需要车联数据赋能的企业内部业务需求2. Build a business analysis framework and mine high-value and feasible business topics, and define related digital product or data solutions建立业务需求分析框架，挖掘符合企业内部价值、且可行的业务主题，并定义所需的数据产品/服务3. Translate the business topics into project proposals of internal value (including such as business model and value proposition, user experience, product requirements, data requirements, operation model, time plan, ROI analysis, data & compliance analysis) and drive the topic to be approved将业务主题细化为方案（包含但不限于商业模式与价值主张、用户体验、产品需求、数据需求、运营模式、时间计划、投入产出、数据保护与合规性等方面描述），并推动内部获批4. Lead product detail design and generate PRD for implementation, collaborate cross-functionally to promote consistent understanding as well跨职能协作，推动方案与业务部门理解一致，输出业务/数据/产品需求文档，并协同技术团队落地Job Requirements:1. 5 years or above working experience in auto data products or data services5年以上汽车行业数据产品经验2. Be Responsible for auto connected data projects Independently 独立负责过智能网联数据产品项目并落地3. Following project experience is preferred, but it needs to be related to intelligent and connected cars有如下项目经验者优先，但需要与智能网联相关：(1)The project should generate quantifiable value to enterprises 项目为车企内部带来了可观的、可量化的价值(2)The project involves at least Ｏne of following business field such as auto marketing / sales, manufacture and logistics, after-sales and service, auto finance / insurance, etc.,项目涉及为汽车营销/销售、生产/物流、售后服务、金融/保险等业务领域任一赋能4. Have insight into OEM connectivity data and user data对车企智能网联数据、用户数据有深刻了解5. Have insight into external ecosystem data of auto industry对汽车行业外部生态数据有了解6. Have excellent business understanding and analysis ability, be good at transforming business requirements into data requirements and product requirements业务理解、需求转化（含产品需求、数据需求）能力出色7. Excellent English communication and writing skills英文书写、表达优秀
