到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 This position is for WuXi Vaccines.(苏州药明海德） Responsibilities: The USP senior engineer in WuXi Vaccine MFG23 Suzhou shall be responsible for cell culture, microbial fermentation or virus production with team • Responsible for upstream production activities and ensure current status meet GMP requirement • Be able to execute production projects with limited guidance and lead teammates to complete production tasks as per production plan • Timely update status of process, personal, EHS, environment and maintenance, to help facility run smoothly • Regular communication with foreign clients and report Ｏn projects progress • Draft and review GMP document, including but not limited to SOP, MBR, Deviation, Change control, CAPA, URS, IQ, OQ and so Ｏn • Lead deviation investigation, implement corrective and preventive measures • Communicate with ENG or relevant departments to coordinate the maintenance, repairing and calibration of equipment and facility • Be responsible for guiding and building team. Ensure all teammates are qualified to GMP activity. Qualification: • Bachelor or above, major in biology, chemistry or engineering. Or have the equivalent working experience. • More than 3 years of experience Ｏn cell culture, microbial fermentation or virus production. • CDMO project experience is preferred. • Effective communication and good interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate and deliver through team work • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment • Demonstrated skills for problem solving and investigation
