到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Job Description: The core focus of the role is to lead the project design team developing Concept Design, Basic Design, and Detail Design Package; to support project daily design work, including but not limited to Develop the Design Packages, daily Design Coordination, Design Management, Communicate with WuXi Biologics Internal and/or External Ender Users / Design Firm / Consultant, Project Professional Consultants, and etc. To work Ｏn multi-projects mode, with full-time or part-time arrangements according to project requirements. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1． Independent Lead team to develop the Design Work for biological manufacturing facilities 2． Lead daily Design Coordination and Design Management for relevant projects 3． Lead authority activities for the projects 4． Lead, and/or Organize Design related Meetings, Update Design Report, Design Tracking List, Minutes of Meeting and etc. 5． Lead, Prepare Bidding Technical Documentation for the projects 6． Track all Design Change Request, and Analysis Impacts and Risk for the projects 7． Proactively coordinate with Portfolio Design Core Team, and Portfolio Overall SMEs 8． Proactively coordinate with WuXi Biologics for Engineering, Engineering Management, and etc., and all relevant Design Firm / Consultants, Project Professional Consultants, Project Management Consultants and etc. 9． Be able to travel and relo to the project site in China/oversea to support the execution during construction phase. Key Skills Required: 1． Must be Process, Architecture (CSA), HVAC background, and at least Bachelor Degree in related disciplines, Project Management Background/Discipline is not acceptable 2． Must have at least 15 Years Work Experience in relevant discipline as Design and Design Management Role, at least 8 Years as Design Manager 3． Must have more than Ｏne Disciplines Design Disciplines, and Design Management Knowledge 4． Must have previous experience of Oversea and/or at least Local International Pharmaceutical, Biological Project for Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, Service During Construction 5． Must be Proficient in use of AutoCAD, Naviswork, 3D Skill such as Revit is preferred 6． Must familiar in Reviewing and Written of Specification 7． Must in Proficient in Spoken and Written English, Oversea Work Experience is preferred 8． Must have Leadership Shills and Determination based Ｏn technical background 9． Must be Proactive, Determination, Self-motivated, have Ownership, and Strong Anti-pressure Capability
