It includes analysis of the customer technical requirement, evaluation of technical feasibilities, and proposal of technical solutions. Also conduction of documentation of system requirement and work closely with HW&SW architectures to define final system architecture are important part of the work.定义高端汽车ADAS/AD电子控制器的内部系统需求和系统架构。 它包括分析客户的技术需求，评估技术可行性，提出技术解决方案。 同时，系统需求文档的编写和与硬件和软件架构紧密合作来定义*终的系统架构是工作的重要组成部分。Main Job Responsibilities:主要工作职责：1. Defining future oriented System architecture in the Automotive field by considering the functional safety standard (ISO26262) 定义功能安全标准，定义汽车领域面向未来的系统架构(ISO26262) 2. Advise, consult, and coach a team of HW & SW architects and developers to design and successfully develop ADAS/AD ECU systems 为硬件和软件架构师和开发人员提供建议、咨询和指导，设计并成功开发ADAS/AD ECU系统 3. Analyzing, evaluating and alignment with customer and internal stakeholders regarding high level requirements, followed by deriving the requirement Ｏn the system architecture level 分析、评估和与客户和内部干系人一致的高层次需求，然后在系统架构层次上导出需求4. Developing and documenting System Architecture based Ｏn the architecture requirement and Safety requirements considering the aspects of hierarchy, modularity, encapsulation/containerization, simplicity, reusability 基于架构需求和安全需求，考虑层次、模块化、封装/容器化、简单性和可重用性等方面，开发并记录系统架构 5. Contribute defining static (e.g. HW structure, external interfaces, inter-module interface) and dynamic design aspects (e.g. functional behavior, operating states, respective data flow) 定义静态(如硬件结构，外部接口，模块间接口)和动态设计方面(如功能行为，运行状态，各自的数据流) Required Qualifications:任职资格：1. Bachelor's degree, majored in Computer Science, Software, Electronics, Automation; be able to communicate and work in English 本科学位及以上，计算机科学、软件、电子、自动化专业；英语可以作为工作语言沟通2. At least 5 years’ experience as system architect in the field of complex automotive embedded systems, experience with ADAS/AD electronic controller system design is a big plus. 5年以上复杂汽车嵌入式系统系统架构师工作经验, 有汽车ADAS/AD电子控制器系统开发测试经验者优先3. Experience in system architecture design by defining static (e.g. HW structure, external interfaces, inter-module interface) and dynamic design aspects (e.g. functional behavior, operating states, respective data flow) for automotive embedded system 具有为汽车嵌入式系统定义静态(如硬件结构，外部接口，模块间接口)和动态设计方面(如功能行为，运行状态，各自的数据流)的系统架构设计经验 4. Experience in ADAS/AD Automotive embedded system development by considering the HW&SW interfaces, HW&SW technical feasibilities, and their design principles 有考虑硬件和软件接口、技术可行性和设计原则的ADAS/AD汽车嵌入式系统开发经验 5. Proactive, open and clear communication with external and internal stakeholders 与外部和内部利益相关者进行积极、开放和清晰的沟通6. Strong structured, analytical, and logical thinking 较强的结构、分析和逻辑思维能力
